Q: Is delivery of my new shed or gazebo included in the purchase price?

A: All of our outdoor structure prices include delivery within a 30 mile radius of either of our locations.

Q: When our building is delivered, will it be installed where we want it?

A: Yes! As long as we can access your site with a pick-up truck, small trailer and our new ShedMaster, we will put your building exactly where you want it and make sure it level.

Q: What is the best way to install my shed or gazebo?

A: We recommend placing both on a level bed of gravel.  This offers support to the entire floor so it will drain properly to keep your building dry.  See our Site Prep for more detailed information.

Q: Are windows and vents included with our shed?

A: Yes! All of our sheds come with windows and vents.

Q: What siding is used on sheds?

A: We use Dura-Temp T-111, vinyl siding, cedar shiplap, vinyl shake, pine log siding and pine German siding is also available.

Q: What is an ideal location for our child’s swingset?

A: A level unobstructed area is best.  The grass or lawn is fine however preferred is a bed of our playground grade mulch.  Speak with your Wood Naturally service rep to purchase.

Q: Can you deliver and install my swingset?

A: Yes!  We offer both services.

Q: Should I treat my child’s swingset with paint or wood preservatives?

A: To ensure longevity, you should paint, stain or seal with a clear wood treatment.  We recommend and sell CWF by Flood.
